I'm Lindsay Faller, a COO-for-hire who thinks like a creative and operates like a founder.

For over two decades, I've straddled the worlds of creativity and business, and I understand the tension between creative ambition and commercial reality from every angle.

I bring financial rigour, operational clarity, and strategic thinking to designers and architects who want to build businesses that work for them.

Our work together always starts with understanding you. I'm curious about your work and what kind of business you actually want to build. I want to know what's at the creative heart of it all, and whether the way you're operating serves that.

My special skill is adapting the tools of business-building to your reality and creating clarity, structure, and strategy that make your work easier and more sustainable while also protecting what makes you tick creatively.

Together, we develop a clear, grounded business plan, built around where your business is now and where you want it to go.
Advisory

Thinking it through together, my job is to bring an outside perspective to the decisions that matter most to you and your business. My role can be a one-off or recurring.
Coaching

We look at what matters most. Following a focused five-week programme, we will define your values, the ‘why’, and the goals you want to build towards. Walk away with clarity and focus.
